To either ENQUIRE or BUY a piece click the button you will see with each item. No impersonal 'shopping basket' system here. I prefer to do all this personally by email.
This rather mournful looking fellow is a Roman bronze chariot fitting which was found in Germany. It is from a ceremonial rather than racing chariot and it is quite heavy. In fine metal with a nice deep green patina. Hole on one side where the side tie has broken off from as you can see. 5 inches high. 2nd, possibly 3rd century. This is from my own collection. Acquired froma UK dealer in the early 90's
