A rather charming zoomorphic bronze.

One of several I acquired from a group said to have been found in Macedonia over 70 years ago.

Although the horns/ears have an indent as if ears, must surely be a long horned bull.

Tip of tail snapped off as indeed most of them were.

80mm long. Rather thin grey patina: one presumes never actually buried in the earth.
