Quite rare to find cylinder seals still mounted like this. This is a white stone, probably marble, Neo- Assyrian seal showing the nimbate Ishtar and priests: as well as what appears to be the Pleiades (sebettu or sibitti) and a rhombus. The loop cap and base might be in silver: it's difficult to decide if bronze or silver. Intact. 30mm overall Neo- Assyrian 7th/8th century BC.
