The empty cartouche and neb basket  stand for rn.k  which means "your name" , the obelisk stands for mn which is endure

and the child sign stands for msw.t which means your posterity , your children.

All in all the conventional reading is : May your name endure  and may your posterity accomplish

Intact apart from some slight damage on the underside as you can see.
