A large and heavy earthenware Chinese relief tile of a drummer.

No traces of any paint that I can see.

Apart form the chip off one corner its  intact.

I bought this very many years ago.

Chinese is not my area at all. I was told that this is Yuan or Ming dynasty.

285mm x 160mm.

Varying thickness, 20mm - 30mm. 

Very heavy and hence moderately expensive to post overseas.
