A very fine steatite scarab, with  a particularly good back and surface.

Inscribed for Thuthmose III. Royal sphinx with ankh before and the royal cobra above and below the dividing line the cartouche, Men Kheper Re,  with addorsed uraeii on each side.

16mm.

Probably New Kingdom. 18th/19th dynasty
