This type "drip slip" decorated pottery, with the typical dripped slip on the inner side of the rim was really reasonably easily available on the market in the late 80's but has become much harder to find now.

This s a good sized example at 130 mm with good sturdy strap jandles rather than the more delicate ring handles which tended to break off and with a decent surface and totally intact.

You will find many similar Red burnished Ware  amphoriskoid pots available, especially from dealers in Israel, but you won't find to many of the drip slipped ones anymore.

Early Bronze Age I, circa 3000 BC.
