A Roman-Phoenician weight with an incrscription. Probably a half libra weight. It weighs 161.3g. 70 mm x 30 mm. From Niels The missing top surely had a handle, that`s typical for Roman Provincial weights. Due to the Roman occupation many cities changed their weight system from the Greek mina to the Roman litra. Of course the standards changed from time to time, especially during the Greek period, but the litra`s weight was always about 320 to 340 grams while the mina is about 450 to 600 grams. So in this case the half weight fits to a litra and must be  Provincial Roman. Further more the letters seem to be typical for the  
2nd to 3rd century like the Sigma that looks like a loop.
