Here is another very large and very rare cone for Enlil-Bani of Isin being a  dedication of the Ulmaš Temple in Isin to the goddess (Ishtar) Annunitum of Akkad.

Circa. 1900 BC

212mm

Heavily restored.

Large clay nail with complete inscription on the flat head in two columns, and the complete inscription repeated around the shaft. This is the second known example of the text.

This text records the building  of  a temple named Ulmaš in the city Isin, and that it was dedicated to (Ishtar)-Annunitum of Akkad.  There are very few votive inscriptions of this king known on cones, and only one literary text.

For Annunitum of Akkad his Lady,  Enlil-bani, the shepherd who provides abundance for Nippur, mighty king, king of Sumer and Akkad,  favorite spouse of Innana,  I built her beloved temple Ulmash in Isin.

Cone of Enanatum

This is the earliest of the cones, being  pre-Sargonic  and from Lagash , circa  2500 BC.

It is the text known as Enanatum  Nail/Cone A:

Enanatum, ruler of Lagash , nominated by Inana, built the Ibgal. He having made the Eana surpass (the temples) in all other lands for her, then Lummatur, the son of Enanatum, ruler of Lagash , had a KIB   (=precious metal object  ?) made and ordered them for her in the Eana.

The sign  KIB was once thought to mean "clay nail"  but now, based on the apparent cognate in Akkadian kibbu, means some precious metal decoration/object
